LEARN TO DYE YARN - Beginners Dye Workshop

Join us here on our alpaca farm in Murrumbateman for a beginners yarn dyeing workshop. During the day you will learn:
- basic colour theory
- an understanding of protein fibres and yarn blends
- the equipment and consumables required to hand dye yarn
- basic dye techniques and colour application methods

You'll then apply all these new learnings as you create two of your very own and totally unique hand dyed skeins of yarn to take home!

Workshop costs includes:
- 2 x 100 gram skeins of our Mallee (4ply/fingering weight) yarn
- use of our dye studio tools and dyes
- morning and afternoon tea
- lunch

- all day tea and coffee 

- 10% off all purchases through the farm shop on the day.

Cost: $225 per person
Time: 9am to 5pm
What to bring: Your inspirational photos and colour swatches, plus a sense of adventure as everything will be supplied.

During the lunch break you will also have the opportunity to meet and hand feed our alpacas and llamas! (weather permitting).
