Pacca Parties for all ages!

Give your loved one the ultimate gift for their birthday… A PARTY WITH ALPACAS AND LLAMAS! 

Celebrate your special event with a fun, informative and unforgettable alpaca themed party at Blackwattle Alpaca Farm. Everyone will be smiling and laughing the whole time!

An experienced animal handler and tour guide will provide an educational talk and demonstration all about alpacas and llamas, where guests will have the opportunity to have all of their farm and camelid questions answered! There will be an opportunity to pet an alpaca, take some fun photos with him and capture some magical memories. From there, your party will take a short stroll to one of our paddocks where tasty treats and mouth watering muesli will be provided for you and your guests to hand feed our happy herd!

After these interactions, your group is provided a private party space to enjoy the rest of the event, where party bags and a gift for the birthday person awaits! Sit back and take in the breathtaking views of the farm and a backdrop of the stunning Brindabella Ranges. Guests will be served their food and drinks at this point, where catering options have been booked.

Duration: 2 hours 

Experience includes:

• 1 hour guided alpaca experience.
• 1 hour use of a private party space.
• Blackwattle Alpaca Farm Party e-invitations (if required).
• 10 Pacca Party Bags.
• Present for the Birthday Person.
• Add-on catering options are available.

Price: 

• $395 - price includes admission for up to 8 children and 2 adults.
• $495 - price includes admission for up to 12 children and 4 adults.
• $20 for additional adults over the noted adults above.
• Extra adults who are attending in a supervisory role only and will not be interacting with the animals come for free (applies to children's parties only).
• Parties being held on public holidays will incur a 20% Public Holiday Surcharge. 
  
Our parties are not 'hosted' parties therefore supervision is required by a parent(s) or guardian(s). 

Minimum Age: Ideal for kids 4 years and above. 

Catering Information:

• Food and beverage options available. Noted below.
• Self catered – no additional charge. You are welcome to bring your own catering with you however cooking facilities are not available. Please bring all required plates, serving utensils, cutlery, birthday candles, cups etc.
• We are unable to supply birthday cakes. Guests are encouraged to bring their own. We recommend Bakers Wanna Bake (a local Murrumbateman baker) for yummy birthday cakes!

CATERING OPTION

Catering options can be added as an extra during the booking process. 

Food Options:

• Party Mix Package: $130 – includes 3 x bowls of mixed party lollies, 3 x bowls of chips, 2 x bowls of popcorn, 2 x packets of sweet biscuits, 2 x bowls of party chocolates, 10 x juice boxes.
• Charcuterie Board: $60 – includes 3 x wedges of cheese, 2 x types of crackers, 2 x dips, 2 x meat selection, olives, seasonal fresh/dried fruit.
• Sweet Treats Catering: $8 per person – a range of sweet pastries and bakery items. 4 pieces per person.
• Oven Delight Catering: $10 per person – a selection of sausage rolls, mini quiches and spring rolls (sauces included). 4 pieces per person. 

Beverage Options:

• Juice Beverage Package: $15 – includes 1 x 2L Orange Juice + 1 x 2L Apple Juice.
• Soft Drink Package: $20 – 4 x soft drink options including Coke, Coke Zero, Lemonade, Solo, Fanta, or mineral water.
• Sparkling Mineral Water Package: $25 – 4 x 1L Pellegrino Sparkling Mineral water.
• Punch Package: $25 – 1 x 5L freshly made punch containing lemonade, ginger ale and orange juice.
• Tea and Coffee Package: $25 – continuous supply of tea and coffee for the duration of the party.
• Wine Package (non-alcoholic): $55 – 1 bottle of red and white wine (non-alcoholic).

Table Settings: single use alpaca themed place settings  (e.g. paper plates, cups and serviettes) can be supplied for $30 for a set of 10).

Special Notes: 

• As you will be interacting with the animals (either through the fence or from inside the paddock) please ensure you listen to and abide by all instructions that are given to you. 
• Children must be supervised by adults at all times. 
• Our alpacas and llamas are not restrained during hand feeding sessions, as such they are free to engage in or leave this portion of the tour as they choose. 
• Please wear enclosed shoes to the farm and gumboots if it has been raining.
