Experience farm life and the great outdoors with a Pacca Party! Everybody will be smiling and laughing the whole time as they hand feed our adorable alpacas some tasty treats! You’ll enjoy exclusive use of our party room. The room offers breathtaking views of the farm and is a perfect party room all year round!

Duration: 2 hours 

Availabilities:

  • Saturdays: 1.30pm - 3.30pm 
  • Other dates and times by appointment

Experience includes:

  • 15 minute arrive and party set up
  • 15 minute educational talk about alpacas and llamas
  • 15 minute meet and greet with one of our llamas, where we bring out a llama (on a lead) and each guest gets to pet and take some heartwarming photos with him
  • 15 minute hand feeding session, where guest go into the paddock and feed our happy herd from a bucket - for this part of the party you will be surrounded by alpacas and llama happily munching from your bucket filled with yummy alpaca and llama treats
  • 1 hour private party time
  • 15 minute clean up and depart

Price: 

  • $390 for up to 10 children and 4 adults
  • $30 per extra children
  • $20 per extra adult 
  • 10% surcharge applies for parties on Sundays

  • Booking confirmation: once your booking is received, our team will reach out by email to confirm your date and details
  • Party Add Ons: we will work together for your catering, beverages and party favouristes needs
  • Finalise payment
  • Relax and enjoy your party

Additional Information

Private Party Space: Pacca Parties include two hours exclusive use of our private party room, which is a large (10m x 10m) carpeted space with heating and cooling. Plastic chairs and tables can be set up to suit your party needs. 

Decorations: Feel free to bring your own decorations to personalise the party. To help us care for our animals and environment, balloons, glitter and confetti are not permitted. We kindly ask that all rubbish is taken with you. We can decorate the party tables for your (additional fees apply).

Birthday Cakes: Guests are welcome to bring their own birthday cakes. We do not supply cakes. Bakers Wanna Bake, a local, favourite baker, can provide birthday cakes with delivery directly to the farm.

Supervision: Whilst our fun and friendly tour guides will be in the paddock sharing fun alpaca facts with your children, parents are responsible for supervising children at all times. A minimum of two adults are required throughout the party for supervision.
